Terms of use

Last updated 2026-04-21

TODO: juridical review. Working version of the site terms. Subscription terms of service are a separate document at sign-up.

1. What this is

These are the rules for using timepicker.online. Using the site means you accept these rules.

2. What we publish

All site content (text, code, design) belongs to Timepicker.online unless marked otherwise. You may:

  • read and save materials for personal and professional use;
  • quote short excerpts with attribution;
  • share links to pages.

Without written permission, you may not:

  • republish articles in full;
  • use our brand or copy in third-party marketing;
  • scrape the site at volumes that create load.

3. Forms and submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm that:

  • the data you provided is accurate;
  • you're authorized to use the email address;
  • you agree to our privacy policy;
  • a submission alone doesn't create obligations – a paid subscription is a separate agreement at sign-up.

4. What we promise and don't

We keep the site running and current on best effort. That means:

  • we can change, rename, or remove pages;
  • we don't guarantee 24/7 uptime;
  • content is our current view, not legal or financial advice.

5. Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Responsibility under a paid subscription is governed by that subscription's agreement.

6. The product subscription

Terms for the paid product – billing, cancellation, data export, support SLAs – are a separate agreement presented at sign-up. The product is $10/month with a 30-day free trial. Trials require no card, don't auto-convert, and don't create billing obligations.

7. Third-party links

If we link to external sites, we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes to these terms

Material changes are reflected in the updated date at the top. Substantial changes for active customers are announced separately.

9. Governing law

TODO: set governing law and venue after company registration.

10. Contact

Questions and disputes: hello@timepicker.online. We try to resolve directly first.
